I'm based out of Maple Grove, Minnesota (about 20 minutes from Minneapolis), but will travel nationally and internationally. Travel beyond 100 miles round trip may apply. 

Weddings galleries will receive approximately 50-100 photographs per hour of coverage. Lifestyle sessions are guaranteed 40 edited images and will often receive more. 

I do not release or provide the RAW photographs under any circumstances and this is stated in my contracts. The RAW photographs do not represent the extent of my work and therefor are not released. 

All payments are made electronically for weddings and elopements. A 30% retainer fee is required in order to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is due at the latest 6 weeks before your wedding / elopement date. Payments may be required sooner if previously discussed and stated in contracts.

All Lifestyle sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. 50% of this payment is considered a retainer fee and non-refundable. 

Payment plans are available for Weddings & Elopements, but not for Lifestyle sessions. If you would like to set up a payment plan, please let me know that and we will discuss details. I do not offer payment plans in which you can make payments after the Wedding or Elopement. All balances must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the wedding / elopement date.

Please fill out the inquiry form on the "Inquire" page to inquire about working with me! I will review your details and respond back within 48 hours of receiving your inquiry. From there, I would love to hop on a phone call so we can get to know one another more and ensure I'm the perfect fit for you. If you then decide to book with me, I will send you a contract outlining the details of your wedding / elopement / session followed by an invoice. Once the contract is signed and the retainer fee is paid, you are officially working with me! We can start dreaming and planning for your project!

If I were to have an emergency or become ill to the point that I am unable to photograph your event, I will find an associate photographer to take my place. I am connected with several photographs in MN and part of several photography groups for this exact reason. If an associate were to photograph your day, the photographs would still be edited by me so that you receive my editing style. Please know that I have never had to cancel or find an associate photographer for a wedding / elopement event so far as I recognize how important of a day this is and will do everything I can to always be there to capture it.

In regards to lifestyle sessions, if time allows I may reach out to ask for a reschedule or offer one to ensure I don't get you or your family sick. I have also never had to do this though and always do what I can to ensure I am able to attend your session!

If you were to cancel your wedding / elopement date, the non-refundable retainer would not be refunded under any circumstances. A refund of other payments would be dependent on when the cancelation is made and how close it's made to the wedding / elopement date. A rescheduling fee and new retainer fee may apply if rescheduling your wedding / elopement date.

Travel expenses would not be refunded if I have already paid for travel accommodations and I cannot get a refund. 

Lifestyle sessions may be rescheduled if rescheduled with a two weeks notice. If canceled, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.

I have been photographing lifestyle sessions for four years. I first began photographing weddings in June of 2022. The 2023 wedding season is my first season as a lead wedding photographer!

If weather is poor on the date of your wedding / elopement, we will work with it! I have a clear umbrella for my couples and no amount of rain is going to ruin you marrying the love of your life! A good friend of mine once said that rain on a wedding day is good luck because untying a wet knot is harder than untying a dry one. So, bring on the rain!

In the case of extremely dangerous weather that causes your wedding / elopement / lifestyle date to be canceled and rescheduled, your retainer fee will apply to your  new date and I will do everything I can to work with you on rescheduling!

I will make photoshop edits within reason. I can edit large scars, marks, bruises, blemishes upon request if it can be done in a reasonable amount of time. I will not change the shape or size of an individual's body to make a  body part look larger or smaller. 

I do not do extensive photoshop editing such as removing people from photographs. I can outsource this request to another editor at cost. 

For lifestyle and engagement sessions, neutrals are best! White, creams, tan, brown, grays, black, and denims. These colors edit best with my editing style. Upon booking I will send you a guide to help style your outfit and prepare for your session.

100 miles roundtrip is included in every wedding and session. I use my home address to determine how far I will travel for each session / wedding event. All miles beyond 100 miles are charged at $0.63 per mile. All travel beyond 400 miles round trip may require a hotel and / or airfare. Hotel and airfare will be discussed prior to booking.

I only offer discounted rates for weddings / elopements in certain destinations. Please see my Bucket List of travel locations on the "About Me" page to see the locations where a discount may apply!

All lifestyle galleries are returned within 4 weeks.
All wedding / elopement galleries are returned within 8 weeks.

Of course! I am here to help along the way - choosing locations, travel details, connecting you with other vendors, and choosing outfits. I am also here for other lifestyle / wedding / elopement details that may not be on my normal list of duties! I'm here to help you in any way I can!

I do photograph lifestyle sessions including couples, engagement, maternity, newborn, and family. I will take senior sessions on a case by case basis. I do not photograph extended families unless there are special circumstances.
